One might ask, why does a Web development firm have a gallery of stuffed animals on its site? The long answer is complicated and required many therapy sessions to ascertain. The short answer is that both Python and Django have mascots and we thought it would be fun and funny to feature them in a series of photo shoots. The inspiration came from DjangoCon 2009 and a certain pink unicorn pictured with many luminaries. (Which, by the way we take exception to, because the mascot is a pink winged pony and not a unicorn).
