Who We Are
We’ve been deeply rooted in open source since our beginning in 1995. Our first Python project was in 1999, long before its current popularity. Back then, we saw something special in it and made it our primary development language. We've taken that technical core and wrapped a complete Web development and design firm around it. Today our staff represents the finest talent across the spectrum of Web development including user interface design and testing, systems administration, planning, design and project management.

We’ve been doing this for a long time
How old were you in 1995? (Okay, don’t answer that). That’s the year we started developing Web sites using open source tools. Our first Python project was a job posting board for Graduating Engineer and Computer Careers magazine in 1999. Year after year, we've gained experience helping hospitals, banks, restaurants, even the Python Software Foundation. We've worked with many diverse organizations - giving us a deep knowledgebase.
Django now and into the future
Throughout the years, we've worked with a variety of development frameworks, toolkits and environments - some better than others. We believe Django is the Web framework the Python community has been trying to create for years. The decision to move forward with Django as our primary framework in 2007 has resulted in significant benefits for us and our clients. It has allowed us to develop rock solid applications more quickly, which saves both time and money.

We’ve been quietly giving to the open source community for years. We're fun, unassuming and approachable. Folksy, really. But behind the charm is a pool of talent that offers great depth and diversity to our clients. This combination resonates with a certain type of client (maybe that's why our oldest client has been with us for 14 years).
